At Jubi Rugs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all standard-sized rugs. If your new rug doesn't perfectly complement your space, we are here to help you find the right fit or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully roll the rug in its original protective plastic or equivalent heavy-duty packaging to ensure it remains clean and undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned rug for quality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
